| 摘 要： | 综合评述了我国1996～2003年稀土矿产品的生产状况、稀土材料的综合产量与产品应用领域,以及国内外市场状况。针对我国稀土资源利用率不高,稀土精矿及冶炼产品产量超过市场需求而深度加工的高纯产品占比例低,以及出口量增加而创汇额下降等所存在的这些问题,进行了讨论并提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the production situation of rare-earth minerals and the output and application of rare-earth materials and products during 1996～2003 in China,reviews the present situation of rare-earth market at home and abroad.It is considered that some problems exist in China,for example,low utilization rate of rare-earth resources,overmuch concentrate and metallurgical products but lack of deeply-processed products and increased export amount but reduced foreign exchange income.And some proposals are put forward. |
