| 摘 要： | 阐述了供电系统实施“创建无违章企业”的迫切性和必要性，介绍了“创建无违章企业”的基本内容和基本做法，违章行为有其自身的客观规律，存在着长期性、隐蔽性、反复性，因此，反违章是一个长期的过程，只有不断开展争创“无违章企业”活动，建立消除各类违章行为的长效机制，才能取得成效。
