| Abstract: | In this paper, the industry standard C J/T187-2003 ＂Gas steaming oven＂; Zhejiang local standard DB33/T777-2010＂Energy efficiency grades for commercial gas stoves＂ and Shanghai local standard ＂Commercial gas kitchen energy efficiency and environmental quality evaluation standard＂ （draft） in the gas steam tank heat efficiency of the test and calculation methods and different thermal efficiency of the test and calculation methods related to analysis and discussion, combined with analysis of content and gas steaming oven actual situation on the thermal efficiency of the test and calculation of relevant recommendations. |
