高强度钢丝绳用钢丝生产工艺研究

摘    要:用S8 2钢代替 70钢生产高强度制绳钢丝 ,对生产工艺进行实验研究。结果表明 ,S82钢钢丝热处理加热温度比 70钢降低约 2 0℃ ,加热时间延长 10 % ;铅浴温度提高 5~ 10℃ ;钢丝总压缩率达 80 %~ 85 % ,部分压缩率 15 %~ 19% ;镀锌温度降低 5~ 10℃ ,浸锌时间适当缩短。所生产的直径大于 2 .0mm的光面钢丝抗拉强度达到 1770~ 1870MPa ,镀锌钢丝强度在 16 70MPa以上 ,光面钢丝平均合格率由 6 0 %~ 70 % ,提高到 87.89% ,镀锌钢丝合格率达到 94 .2 8%。指出了S82钢生产高强度制绳钢丝的注意事项。

Abstract:To test and research production process of steel wire for high strength wire rope with S82 steel instead of 70 steel.The result shows that compared with 70 steel wire,austenization temperature of S82 steel wire heat treatment can be reduced 20?℃,heating time should be increased 10%,patenting temperature should be increased 5~10?℃,total draught is up to 80%~85%,single draught is 15%~19%,galvanizing temperature reduce 5~10℃,galvanizing time is shortened suitably.The tensile strength of S82 bright steel wire whose diameter is more than 2.0?mm is up to 1?770~1?870?MPa,the tensile strength of galvanized steel wire is more than 1?670?MPa,the mean pass rate of bright steel wire is from 60%~70% up to 87.89%,the mean pass rate of galvanized steel wire is up to 94.28%.The matters needing attention in producing steel wire for high strength wire rope with S82 steel is pointed out.
