喷雾沉积法制造的铝基复合材料的超塑性

摘    要:喷雾沉积法制造的SiCP/LY12复合材料经热压和热正挤压后,晶粒得以细化,SiCP分布的均匀性大大改善.超塑性拉伸试验结果表明:SiCP/LY12复合材料具有超塑性;变形温度、应变速率对极限延伸率和应变速率敏感性指数m值均有较大的影响.在变形温度为500℃和初始应变速率为1.0×10-3s-1时,获得的极限延伸率为345%.

Abstract:The superplasticity of aluminum matrix fabricated by spray atomization and co-dleposition was investigated. Before superplastic deformation, the pretreatment of hot compress and hot forward extrusion was utilized. Fine gains and uniformly distributed SiCP in SiCP/LY12 composite are observed. The results of superplastically uniaxial tension show that the SiCP/LY12 composite has good superplasticity and the limit elongation and m-value are greatly affected by the temperature and strain rate. Moreover, the limit elongation is 345% in this compositewith 500℃ of temperature and 1.0×10-3s-1 of initial strain rate.
