摘    要:本文建立高效液相色谱法测定莱阳梨止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:岛津VP-ODS C_(18) (150mm × 4.6mm,5 μ m);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5:95);检测波长:205nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温:室温。样品浓度在6.752~40.512 μ g/mL范围内,浓度与峰面积比有良好的线性关系,重现性RSD=1.1%,稳定性RSD=1.3%,平均回收率为97.6%。该方法稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:This paper established a method for determining ephedrine hydrochloride in Laiyangli zhike granules by HPLC. The analysis column was VP-ODS C18 and themobile phase was aeetonitfile-0.1% phosphric acid solu-tion(5: 95).The detection wavelength was at 205nm. The flow rate was 1mL/min. The column temperature was at room temperature. Results showed that the linearity of ephedrine hydrochloride was good within the range of 6.752~40.512μg/mL. The RSD of repeatability and stability were 1.1% and 1.3%, respectively. The average rate of recovery was 97.6%. The method is accurate .reliable ,and can be used for the quality control of the product.
