非开挖定向钻穿越泥浆净化与回收装置的研制

摘    要:针对目前非开挖定向钻穿越中泥浆净化与回收系统存在使用常规振动筛跑冒泥浆、除砂器和除泥器不配套、泥浆中细小颗粒无法清除等问题,研制了一套新型非开挖定向钻穿越泥浆净化与回收装置。该装置由3个泥浆罐、ZX—100泥浆净化装置、除泥器、WX—Ⅲ涡旋混浆装置及其配套设备组成,解决了目前泥浆净化与回收系统出现的问题,满足非开挖定向钻泥浆配制、回收及循环使用,保证泥浆性能稳定,减少井下事故,同时节省工程成本,保护了环境。

Abstract:In consideration of the problems of mud spilled out of conventional shaker, non-matching of desilter and desander, small particles in the mud that is hard to be removed, which is caused in mud purification and recovery for non-open-cut directional drilling, a set of new mud purification and recovery device is developed for non-open-cut drilling in pipeline crossing. The system is composed of 3 mud tanks, ZX-100 mud purification unit, a desilter, WX-? vortex mud mixer and the other corollary equipment. Problems induced in the mud purification and recovery system for the non-open-cut drilling are solved by using the new device, the needs of mud preparation, recovery and circulating application are satisfied, ensuring steady mud performance, reducing down hole accident, saving operation cost and environmental protection are implemented.
