摘    要:采用真空热压烧结将高铝青铜减摩耐磨合金粉末与磷光粉体(SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+和BaAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+)复合,制备在紫外线照射下发光的新型耐磨复合发光涂层,以通过发光现象实现对涂层的存在监测.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光显微镜、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及荧光分光光度计表征新型复合发光涂层的微观组织及微区成分、相结构、发光性能,并通过摩擦试验研究复合涂层的耐磨指示功能.结果表明,高铝青铜复合发光涂层由β+γ2+k合金相与荧光粒子组成.在紫外光照射下,复合涂层发蓝绿光,发射光谱主峰位于510 nm;复合涂层摩擦系数为0.26,复合涂层具有较好的指示功能与耐磨性能.

Abstract:The novel wear-resistant composite coating with self-sensing capability is successfully developed by vacuum pressure-assisted sintering. Luminescent properties of the composite coating can serve as an indicator, warning when and where the coating has worn off. The microstructure, phase structure, luminescent property was investigated by scanning electron microscope, energy dispersion spectroscope, X-ray diffraction analyzer and fluorescence spectrophotometer. Pin-on-disc friction testing machine (MMW-1A) is used to wear the composite coating away. Results show that the coating is composed of β+γ2+k metallic phases and the phosphorescent crystalline phases. The composite coating emits blue-green light peaking at 510 nm under ultraviolet light and its friction coefficient is 0.26. Indicating function and wear resistant property of the composite coating are well coupled.
