基于FAHP的永磁直线同步电动机推力波动分析与实验研究

摘    要:分析了永磁同步直线电动机推力波动的产生机理,利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)研究其原因的重要性次序,指出端部效应、纹波扰动、磁钢分布和齿槽效应是永磁同步直线电动机推力波动产生的最主要因素;同时针对这些主要的影响因素采取综合改善措施,并进行实验验证了措施的正确性,从而获得控制和改善永磁同步直线电动机推力波动的方法和措施。

Abstract:In this paper,the mechanism of thrust fluctuation of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) is analyzed and the sequence of significance of these reasons is studied by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).It pointes out that the edge effect,thrust ripple,the distribution of permanent magnet and cogging effect are the most important factors.At the same time,facing these main factors,synthetic improvement is made.Experiment results show that the way of how to control and improve the thrust fluctuation of PMSLM is acquired.
