管理的三个逻辑起点

管理学自从诞生以来,其理论研究的逻辑起点至今仍然模糊.管理的逻辑起点,是为了解决管理问题而采取各项管理措施背后的动因.只有找到管理的逻辑起点,才能走出管理方法的丛林,走出过度管理的重管理误区,实现轻松管理.管理的逻辑起点是由管理的本质决定的.理解管理本质的前提是理清管理的内在逻辑.管理逻辑起点的最大误区是以人为本.企业成熟度不同,决定了管理具有不同需求层次.不同管理需求层次具有不同的逻辑起点,即提高劳动效率是管理逻辑的第一个起点,提高组织效率是管理逻辑的第二个起点,提高个人效率是管理逻辑的第三个起点.企业可根据不同的管理层次,选择不同的管理逻辑起点,采取相应的管理方法,实现举重若轻的轻管理.

Three Logical Starting Points of Management

The logical starting point of management science theory research is still fuzzy since the birth of management. The logical starting point of management is the intrinsic motivation of taking the management measures to solve management problems. Only to find the logical starting point of man- agement, can make managers out of the jungle of management method and the error of excessive man- agement, and achieve easy management. The logical starting point depends on the essence of manage- ment, so the premise of understanding management essence is to clear management inner logic. The maximal error of management logic starting point is human-oriented, because enterprises with different maturity determine the different levels of management demands. Different management demand levels have different logic starting points. Namely, improving labor efficiency is the first star-ring point of management logic, improving organizational efficiency is the second starting point, and improving in- dividual efficiency is the third starting point. Enterprise can choose different management logic starting points, according to different management levels, and take corresponding management methods, to re- alize easy management.
