摘    要:随着航天技术的发展,特别是空间载人计划的实施,飞行器结构件朝着大化和高精度的方向发展,对飞行器结构提出了更高的精度要求和质量要求,以增强其运行的可靠性。传统加工精度控制方法,已很难满足生产实际不断提高的精度要求。

Abstract:Along with the development of aerospace technology ,structural members of vehicle become larger and larger and thier accuracies become higher and higher. It is difficult for traditional accuracy control method to meet the higher accuracy requirement . A widely used and more accurate error compensation machining method is presented on the basis of multi body system and a mathematical mode which demonstrates the substance of precision machining is given. Experiment result shows that the modeling method is correct and the accuracy can be raised by more than 60% by using the machining method presented in this paper.
