摘    要:介绍了甘蔗提汁新技术的发展概况,着重阐明实力学应用的合理性和提汁机理;新型两辊提汁机已在糖厂使用三个榨季.并取得良好的效果,压榨收回率95.35%、电耗11.19kw.h/t.C、节电约30%。通过生实践,验证了应用理论,揭示了新法甘蔗提汁技术的优越性,这是甘蔗提汁技术领域的一次突破性的技术革新,它有助于推动制糖行业的技术进步。

Abstract:The development of a new technique of juice extraction from cane is presented, with the emrrhasis en discussing the prorer utilization of force and the mechnism of juuce extraction. The new "two - roller-Mill"has been in a sugar fac-tory for three seasons, and successful result was obtained' efficiency of extraction in average was 95. 35%, power con-sumed 11. 19 kwh/t. c, saving 30%. Through the practice of the production, the apllying theory is tested and verified.It reveals the superiority of the new process of juice extraction. It is a technologicaI innovation with breakthrough in the domain of juice extraction technique. It contributes to a technological progress in sugar industry.
