| Abstract: | The corporate informational critical theory and methods have been analyzed from the macro economy point of view, and upbuild the model of the informational critical index system, which based on the information economy and the theory of informational judgment and measurement. The corporate informational critical methods that focus on the applications in practice have also been discussed. |
