动态盈亏平衡点法在油气田开发投资中的应用

近年来，静态盈亏平衡分析法在油气田开发投资项目中已得到广泛应用。在总结国内外研究的基础上，探讨盈亏平衡法由静态应用引伸到动态应用，获得了动态盈亏平衡点计算方法，并根据不同的利率水平确定不同的盈亏平衡点，从而更全面地进行油气田开发投资决策分析。结合我国西部某油气田开发投资项目进行了经济评价。

Application of Dynamic Break Even Point to Investment Decision to Oil and Gas Exploitation

In recent years, the method of static break even point has widely been applied to investment decision to oil and gas exploitation. On basis of the summarizing research result both home and abroad, the method of break even point extending from static state to dynamic state is explored, and the calculation method of dynamic break even point is achieved. Because break even point is various on different interest rate levels, the method of static break even point can more efficiently analyze investment decision to oil and gas exploitation than static break even point. Finally, then method is applied to economic analysis of oil and gas exploitation investment in a certain oil field in Northwestern China .
