| 摘 要： | 在马钢新区500万吨精品钢工程中的重点项目2座300 t转炉自动化控制系统中,西门子PLC控制器全面担负了转炉倾动、氧枪升降、熔剂/合金上料、熔剂/合金加料、吹氩站、废钢站、钢包倾翻、地面车辆、辅助传动和0G的功能控制,结合转炉的工艺,介绍马钢300t转炉自动化控制系统的主要功能和编程要点。

| Abstract: | The two 300 tons BOF automation project is one of the importance subitems in Masteel 5 million tons high quality steel engineering.The Siemens PLC system is in charge of the function control about bof tilting,oxygen lance up & down,flux and alloy addition etc.With the introduction of BOF technology, this paper focus on the most important control functions and program key points of the Masteel BOF automation system and the experiences in period of the project integration and commissioning. |
