摘    要:分析影响钢丝直接拉拔的盘条质量、盘条表面预处理效果、润滑剂状态和冷却效果几个重要因素,通过严格控制这几个因素,可以不经过中间热处理实现钢丝的直接拉拔。比较直接拉拔与传统拉拔采用的工艺及成品钢丝的性能,给出改进后的直接拉拔工艺。直接拉拔和传统拉拔钢丝的抗拉强度平均值分别为2 081,1 780 MPa,扭转平均值分别为36,42次。和传统拉拔工艺相比,直接拉拔工艺能够满足一定场合的钢丝性能要求,适应节能环保、节约成本、高效生产的需要。

Abstract:To analyze some important factors such as wire rod quality, wire rod surface pre-treatment, lubrication condition and cooling effect which 'affect steel wire drawing directly. By controlling these important factors strictly, steel wire direct drawing can be realized without intermediate heat treatment. The processes adopted by direct drawing and traditional wire drawing, the properties of finished wire were compared. Improved direct drawing process was given out. Tensile strength average value of direct drawing and traditional wire drawing was 2 081,1 780 MPa respectively, torsion value was 36, 42 respectively tensile strength average value of traditional drawing was 1 780 MPa, torsion value was 42. Comparing with traditional wire drawing process, direct drawing process can reach a certain situation steel wire properties requirement. It is suitable for the requirement of present energy saving and environment protection, cost saving and efficient production.
