| 摘 要： | 分析了苹果冷藏库的特殊要求，根据渭北地区的特点，提出了采用窑洞式苹果冷藏库的可能性及优点，并对窑洞式冷藏库内苹果的贮藏形式及几种制冷剂在苹果产区使用的情况进行了讨论。
