| 摘 要： | 实现在本世纪末节约建筑采暖能耗５０％的战略目标，必须做好建筑节能设计和相应的施工技术管理工作。本文在建筑节能试点工程研究与实践的基础上，提出了如何进行外围护结构保温设计和选用节能技术措施。
