20#钢手锯条显微组织及性能分析

摘    要:对5种20钢液体碳氮共渗手锯条的锯齿显微组织、硬度及其锯切性能进行了研究。结果表明:锯齿的最佳显微组织为回火马氏体(渗层)+低碳马氏体(心部):锯齿硬度均已达到国标;但是齿尖至心部HV500处有较小的有效硬化层,锯切性能达不到国标要求。锯齿有效硬化层为0.28mm和0.36mm的锯条,锯切性能优于国标。

Abstract:This paper deals with microstructure,hardness of the teeth and saw cutting performence of theblade of five kinds of 20 steel hand hack saw blads with liquid carbonitriding. The result showed that thebest microstructure of the teeth:tempering martensite (Case) low carbon martansite (Centre). The hardness of teeth achieved national standard. But the less effective case depth of the tooth tip to centre HV500,the saw cutting performence does not achieved requirement of the national standard. The saw cutting performence that the effective case depth of the teeth is 0. 28mm and 0' 36mm,is superior to the national standard.
