| 摘 要： | 城市空调系统的能耗和环保问题一直以来是人们关注的问题。本文介绍了利用次表层海水中蕴含巨大的能量作为城市空调的冷（热）源技术的工作原理，分析制冷热泵循环的效率，并对该技术的应用前景进行一定的探讨。

| Abstract: | The problem of energy consumption and environment protection is a problem concerned by human all the time. The paper stated the working principle of using huge energy contained in the seawater of the secondary surface layer as the city air-conditioning Cooling/Heating Source. The refrigerating efficiency of heat pump cycle was analyzed and the application for the technique was also explored to some extend. |
