摘    要:用平带层间粘合测试方法和扫描电子显微镜,研究了丙烯酸丁酯改性炭黑(CB-BA)对尼龙66浸胶帘线与NR粘合的破坏形态。结果显示,添加CB-BA的NR与尼龙66浸胶帘线的粘合破坏形态,老化前是帘线本体破坏,老化后是帘线本体破坏和橡胶本体破坏并存,而添加普通炭黑的NR有明显的界面破坏,表明添加CB0BA有利于提高尼龙66浸胶帘线与NR粘合。

Abstract:The adhesion failure morphology between nylon 66cord and natural rubber empl oying butyl acrylate(BA)modified carbon black for unaged and aged samples used for flat belts,determination of ply adhesion test,was investigated by s canning electron microscopy(SEM).Cord bulk failure,cord bulk and rubber bulk failure were found for unaged and aged,respectively,samples employing BA modified carbonblack.The results indicated that BA modified carbon black could improve distinctly nylo n 66cord to nat-ural rubber adhesion either for unaged or aged sam-ples.
