摘    要:针对我国水库防洪调度系统研究与应用现状及存在问题,提出了基于Web Service水库防洪调度系统的解决方案,利用Java Servlet实现了B/S模式的整体架构,并采用该设计模式实现了系统设计与开发,减少了模块间的强耦合关系,运用Hibernate技术实现了数据的封装.结果表明,新系统设计提高了系统运行效率,为解决系统重复开发、资源共享提供了新的开发模式.

Abstract:Based on summarizing the current progress and remained problems in basin-wide flood control decision-making system in China,a new flood operating system based on Web Service is developed in this paper.The B/S structure is realized by using Java Servlet.The design pattern is utilized to realize the system design and complete the system development,which decreases the coupling relationship between modules.The encapsulation is realized by using Hibernate.New system design not only increases the operational eff...
