摘    要:以邻氯苯腈和格氏试剂为原料,过渡金属化合物为催化剂,N-甲基吡咯烷酮作溶剂,一步合成得到2-氰基-4'-甲基联苯,通过单因素实验,考察了催化剂种类、溶剂种类、溶剂用量、滴加速度对反应的影响.实验结果表明,该反应的最佳条件为:168 mmol氯化镍作催化剂,210 mL N-甲基吡咯烷酮作溶剂,滴加时间为2 h;在最佳合成条件下,2-氰基-4'-甲基联苯的收率可达89.0%,纯度可达98.8%.

Abstract:Chlorobenzonitrile and Grignard reagents are used as raw materials, and transition metal complex as a catalyst, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone as a solvent to synthesize 2-cyano-4'-methylbiphenyl in one step. Catalyst kinds, solvent kinds, effects of solvent kinds and dripping addition on the reaction are reviewed through a single factor experiment. Results of the experiment show the best conditions of this reaction is:168 mol Nickel chloride as a catalyst, 210 mL 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, addition time is 2 h; under the best synthesis conditions, 2-cyano-4'-methylbiphenyl has a yield as high as 89.0% and purity 98.8%.
