| 摘 要： | 新的国家调控政策使房地产开发企业的经营环境发生了重大变化，房地产开发企业面临着战略转换的新问题．本文在分析国家宏观调控政策的基础上，论述了房地产开发企业面临的战略转换，并建立了房地产开发企业的战略转换模型．最后，在房地产开发企业战略转换模型的框架下，提出了房地产业应对新形势的主要对策及建议．

| Abstract: | According to the new national adjustment and control policies,great changes take place in the operating conditions of real estate enterprises,and they face the new problems of strategy conversion.Based on the analysis of national macro adjustment and control policies in this paper,the strategy conversion that real estate business enterprises face is expounded,and a strategy conversion model for real estate enterprises is established.Finally,some main countermeasures and suggestions under the new situation are put forward according to the frame of the strategy conversion model. |
