| 摘 要： | 以老年人身体机能退化、身体静态尺寸的变化为依据,分析北京市老年人动态功能尺寸及老年人行为特点,对北京市老年人家居空间通道与家具设计策略进行探究,最终提出了空间布局、通道没置、家具尺度、环境色彩及表面材料的解决办案.

| Abstract: | According to the aged people body functions and the changes in body static size,this paper analyzes the dynamic function size and behavior character of the aged people of Beijing,and studies the design strategies of home-space' channel and future.In the end,this paper makes out the solutions of space layout,channel setting,color and architectural material. |
