钛合金管路连接件的搭接氩弧焊工艺

摘    要:针对以往钛合金管路连接件氩弧焊易产生的脆化、裂纹、气孔等缺陷,通过工艺试验及实际生产应用,分析了影响焊缝质量的主要因素,采取相应的措施,总结出一套行之有效的直流氩弧焊生产工艺。

Abstract:Toward the flaw such as embrittlements, cracks and pores etc caused during the welding of the titanium alloy tube connector, major factors affecting the welding quality were analyzed by technological tests and actual production apphcations. Some measures were taken and a new kind of process technology for the direct - current argon are welding was generalized.
