摘    要:通过对失效的常一中换热器进析了全面的检验及分析后,认为常一中换热器的壳体、管束和紧固螺栓的开裂是在含有碳酸盐的高温循环水的介质中,由于应力腐蚀而产生的沿晶脆性断裂,并提出了改进措施。

Abstract:Tne overall checking and testing of the lose effectiveness heat exchanger are carried out by the authors. The crack and break of the shell, tubes and the tightened bolt are caused by brittleness break along grain boundary which are deduced by stress corrosion, when high temperature cycle warer contained carbonate is used in the heat exchanger. Some improved methods are present in this paper.
