我国矿山环境恢复治理保证金制度体系构成研究

针对我国矿产资源开发规模越来越大,产生的矿山环境问题日益严重的现状,提出了制定全国性矿山自然生态环境治理法规,建立矿山自然生态环境治理保证金制度,以完善矿山自然生态环境治理保证金交纳标准和管理办法,为矿山环境恢复治理提供依据。
