减压塔汽提段冷壁塔体研究

摘    要:针对当前原油常减压蒸馏装置的形势,从减压深拔着手分析了当前减压塔汽提段的影响,提出了一种新型的冷壁减压塔汽提段塔体构思,并对其进行了相关的研究阐述,总结出冷壁减压塔汽提段塔体的现实意义,对新型减压塔的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In allusion to the current status of atmospheric and vacuum units,effect of stripping section of vacuum on pull-out rate was analyzed from the view of deep vacuum distillation.A new conception about cold-wall stripping section of vacuum towerwas presented,and the related researches on the conception was expounded.Moreover,its practical significance was summarized,which had some guiding significance forthe design of new-type vacuum tower.
