| 摘 要： | 本文从当前分户验收实施中存在的问题出发,对建设单位组织、监理单位执行、施工单位配合、监督机构监督的分户验收规则进行了分析,对如何使分户验收的质量责任落到实处,避免分户验收流于形式进行了探讨,并提出了解决当前分户验收中相关问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the current problems of acceptance specification for individual family house, analyses ,the rules of acceptance specification, that the client organises, supervising company supervises, contractor cooperates, discusses how to take each responsibility to everyone and avoid formalizing acceptance specification, brings forward the countermeasures of these problems. |
