基于现场总线的仓储技术试验台

讨论了现场总线技术在仓储技术试验台上的应用，通过搭建PROFIBUS—DP网络实现了西门子PLC和上位PC机之间的数据通讯。并且在上位PC机上利用WinCC组态的监控界面，实现了实时动态画面显示、数据报表打印、历史回顾等多项功能。如将该仓储技术试验台作为工业工程专业学生的试验平台，将会扩大该专业学生的视野和提高他们的计算机应用能力。

Testing System of Storage Technique on the Basis of Fieldbus

The application of fieldbus technique on testing system of storage technique was discussed.The communication between the Siemens PLC and the PC can be realized through building the PROFIBUS-DP network.Through using the HMI which is made by WinCC this testing system can realize several functions,such as the showing of real-time dynamic picture,printing the report form of data,reviewing history date etc.If this testing system can be used as testing platform of students who major in Industrial Engineer specialty, students can expand their vision and to raise their application ability of computer in this professional field.
