加强高新技术应用 改造传统棉纺织工业

高新技术，特别是电子技术和计算机技术的广泛应用，使国际棉纺织生产持续向优势，高产，自动化，连续化方面发展，生产水平不断提高。文章就技术进步目标，棉纺织企业技术改造重点等方面对我国棉纺织行业技术进步提出了几点意见。

Transform Traditional Cotton Textile Industry with Hi-tech

The widespread application of hi-tech, especially electronic technology and computer technology, has promoted the sustained development of cotton textile industry towards high quality, high efficiency, automation and continuous production. The technological level of China's cotton textile industry, although has increased to a higher degree than before the spindle-cutting campaign, still lags behind the world level. Shuttle looms still made up major part of cotton weaving equipment, and the share of both shuttleless looms and auto winders is much lower than the world level. The authors express their views on the technological upgrading of the cotton textile industry by reviewing the target of technological upgrading and stress put on the technical reform of cotton textile enterprises.
