| 摘 要： | 合成了稳定的可用于制备可再分散性乳胶粉的醋叔乳液.讨论了乳化剂、保护胶体、共聚单体、引发剂等对乳液聚合及其性能的影响,并确定了合适的生产工艺.用该工艺生产的醋叔乳液固含量高、黏度低、柔韧性好,初粘性、快干性和耐水性均较常规产品有明显提高.

| Abstract: | A stable vac-veova copolymer emulsion for preparation of re-dispersible polymer powder was synthesized. The effects of emulsifying agent, protective colloid, comonomer and initiator on the polymerization process and performance of the emulsion were discussed. The suitable production process was determined. The emulsion made by this production process has high solids content, low viscosity and good flexibility and the tackiness, quick setting and water resistance of the emulsion are obviously improved as compared with conventional products. |
