基于Modelica的高炉顶压控制仿真

摘    要:阐述高炉煤气余压发电技术的典型工艺流程和基本工作原理以及仿真语言Modelica的基本情况,详细介绍高炉顶压控制仿真模型的结构和仿真目的,并针对布料过程和冲压过程的干扰分别比较反馈、前馈、前馈-反馈三种控制方案的效果,针对仿真结果做出详细的分析,最后对实际工程调试提出指导性意见。

Abstract:It is described the typical process flow and basic principle of TRT technology in BF operation and the basic in-formation of simulation language.In this paper,the simulation model and purposes for top pressure control of BF is intro-duced in detail and the comparison is made for the results coming from three control methods (feedback control,feed forward control and feedback-feed forward control)based on the disturbances occurred during the burden distribution progress and pressurizing process.The detail analysis is done focus on the simulation results,and the instructive guidance is made for ac-tual project commissioning works as well.
