基于灰色理论的智能水雷作战效能评估

智能水雷是海军未来主要的封锁作战兵器。基于智能水雷评估体系,采用改进的加权分析法确定智能水雷战技性能评价指标权重,以改进的灰色系统理论建立智能水雷战技性能评估模型并进行评估,结果表明,该模型可以充分利用指挥者的判断信息,较为准确地反映智能水雷的实际作战效能。该模型可为智能水雷的使用提供参考和依据,对将来封锁作战中智能水雷的使用具有指导意义。

Operational Effectiveness Evaluation for Intelligent Mine Based on Grey Theory
