2205双相钢复合板厚壁封头成形技术探讨

摘    要:某高压气液分离器壳体选用2205+16MnR双相钢复合钢板,椭圆封头厚度为(4+80)mm。在封头压制成形过程中,需要保证封头基层的力学性能和2205复层的耐腐蚀性,难度较大。经过反复试制,有效解决了双相钢复合板厚壁封头成形的技术难题,为今后双相钢复合板厚壁封头的压制成形提供了经验。

Abstract:A high-pressure liquid-vapor separator shell choose 2205+16MnR duplex steel clad,thickness of ellipsoidal head for(4+80) mm.In the ellipsoidal head pressure forming process,to ensure the head of 16MnR base mechanical properties and 2205 clad corrosion resistance is difficult.After repeated trial-produce,the duplex steel clad heavy wall-head forming technical problems were solved effectively,and it is a successful experience for duplex steel clad heavy wall-head.
