摘    要:针对热风炉由于高风温操作生成的氮氧化合物易导致热风炉炉壳晶界的严重腐蚀,从而影响热风炉使用寿命的问题,本文采用CFX11.0软件对不同煤气流量条件下霍戈文热风炉燃烧室的燃烧状态进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:在高炉煤气热值为3000kJ/m3左右,预热温度为170℃,助燃空气预热温度为600℃的条件下,控制煤气流量在66000~74000 m3/h之间时,可同时获得较高的燃烧温度和较好的燃烧效率,能有效地控制拱顶温度,从而使热风炉长寿。此项研究为迁钢2号高炉霍戈文热风炉1280℃高风温工业实践的顺利实施提供了理论依据。
