纳米粘土TNK在轮胎气密层配方中的应用

摘    要:研究了纳米粘土TNK对PCR轮胎气密层配方及轮胎各项室内及室外性能的影响。结果表明:通过调整配方补强填充体系,使用纳米粘土TNK替代部分N660炭黑,气密层配方各项物理机械性能、耐老化性能、加工性能等均有所改善,气密性能稳中有升;轮胎室内测试及室外路试均满足要求;配方综合成本下降明显。

Abstract:The application of nano-clay TNK in the PCR inner compound and indoor or outdoor tests. The results show that, by adjusting the compound system, using nano-clay TNK to replace part of carbon black N660, the physical properties, heat ageing resistance and processing performance were improved, the air tightness were stable and slightly ascending, the tire indoor or outdoor tests meet requirements, and the compound comprehensive cost down significantly.
