数据中心用列间空调的优化布局方案研究

摘    要:为研究列间空调在机柜列内的合理位置布局以提高冷量利用率,本文对某工程实例基于实地查勘数据采用专业的CFD模拟软件建立起仿真模型进行了数值模拟研究,分析当前建设方案的可优化之处,进而研究了两种调整方案并与原方案展开了横向对比.综合3种建设方案的结果得出优化方案以对相关类似建设工程提供有益参考.

Abstract:In order to ensure the security and efficient running of modular data center(MDC) , In-row air conditioning is widely used account of its unique layout between column and efficient use of cold energy. But the specific arrangement of In-row air conditioning will make certain influence on the cooling effect. To make sure the most reasonable position within the column between the air conditioning in the cabinet layout in order to improve the cooling effect and capacity utilization, this paper use a professional CFD simulation software to establish simulation model for the numerical simulation research based on field survey data of a real project example, analyzing the optimized program built on the current construction project, and two adjustment plans were studied and compared with the original plan for lateral comparison. Comprehensive results from above three construction scheme we can provide useful reference for similar construction project .
