| 摘 要： | 本文根据绩效管理的要求，结合地质调查项目管理实际，针对地质调查计划和工程，研究提出了目标考核法、成本效益分析法等相关指标体系、标准和适用情况，最后对“云南省中甸地区铜多金属矿评价”地质调查项目进行了绩效后评价，验证了评价方法和指标具有可操作性，能够比较全面、科学反映地质调查项目的绩效。

| Abstract: | TAccording to the requirements of performance management, combined with the actual management of geological survey project, aimed at the geological survey plan and project, the index system, standards and applicable conditions of target assessment method and cost-benefit analysis are putted forward. Finally, the Post performance evaluation of copper polymetallic deposit in Zhongdian area, Yunnan Province confirmations that the evaluation methods and indicators are actionable,which can be more comprehensive, scientific reflect the performance of geological survey projects. |
