| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了新的MPI-2规范实现MPICH2的结构和特点,并详细说明了一种基于VIA设备的ADI/Channel层实现的设计思路、实现细节,并在最后进行了简单的性能测试。从测试的结果可以看出,VIA通信接口在性能上较之传统的TCP通信接口存在很大的优势,在大数据包的传输过程中,带宽可以达到TCP设备的几倍。

| Abstract: | In this paper,it introduces the new MPI-2 standard,explains the structure and feature of MPICH2,discusses the design and detail issues of an ADI/Channel implementation on VIA device,and at the end of this paper,it conducts some simple performance tests.From the results of the tests,it can tell that VIA communication interface shows considerable advantages comparing with the traditional TCP interface.Especially,in the long data tranfer process,the bandwith can increase severalfold. |
