高频焊管感应焊接温度场模拟及测试技术综述

摘    要:针对高频焊管感应焊接温度场的有限元模拟及测试技术,概述了材料属性的定义、实体模型的选取和简化、网格划分及热源选取、生死单元、潜热处理、红外测温等方面的主要技术,提出了有限元模拟及测试技术的研究趋势。

Abstract:Aimed at finite element simulation and testing of temperature field in high frequency induction welding,main technologies were summarized,such as defining the material properties,selecting and simplifying the entity model,meshing,choosing the heat-source,dead-live unit method,latent heat treatment,and infrared temperature measurement,besides further research trend of finite element simulation and detection technology were put forward.
