| 摘 要： | 以甲苯、浓硫酸为原料，硫酸钠为主催化剂，经１０ｈ以上的回流反应可制得符合树脂砂铸造要求的邻甲基苯磺酸固化剂。经工业生产验证表明，该技术工艺先进、合理，经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | An O-toluene sulfonic acid solifying agent suitable for resin sand casting can be obtained via the reflux for m0re than 10 hours with toluene and strong sulfurlc acid as raw material and sodium sulfate as a catalystt.The produc-tion on line shows that the process is technologically advanced and economically of marked benefit. |
