摘    要:基于保信系统的继电保护状态评价系统给出了一种电网二次设备状态检修的应用方案,包括实现可行性、评价规则、实现方法、流程、预警机制及实际应用情况等方面。通过分析保信系统中用于评价保护状态的信息数据类型,研究继电保护状态评价方法和预警机制,给出了基于保信系统的继电保护状态评价系统的完整设计方案,实现了从数据读取、数据分析、状态分析、分值计算到预警报告的全流程管理。经过在佛山电网的实际应用结果表明基于保信系统的继电保护状态评价系统具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:Based on Fault Information Processing System, the relay protection status evaluation system brings about an application programme for the maintenance of power grid secondary equipment status, including feasibility, evaluation rules, implementation approach and procedure, warning mechanism, as well as practical application. Through analyzing the information data type that used for evaluating the protection status, it helps research the relay protection status evaluation approach and warning mechanism, and offers a complete design scheme for relay protection status evaluation system which is based on Fault Information Processing System. In this way, the whole process management from data reading, data analyzing, status analyzing, and value calculating to warning and reporting process is realized. The application results on Foshan power network has proved it to be valuable for popularizing and applying in some certain area.
