对加强马钢厂区交通安全管理的思考

马钢厂区道路总长约150km。随着马钢生产规模的提升,交通运输车辆逐年增加,又受厂房规划等诸多因素制约(先生产后修路),厂区道路很不规范,路面较窄、弯道多、岔口多、官网多,铁路道口在厂区内外星罗棋布。在厂区行驶的大部分都是一些三轴、四轴超长的大型货车,超载、超高、超速(三超)车辆,这就给马钢道路交通安全管理带来巨大压力和隐患。

Several Ponders on Enhance Traffic Safety Management in Factory District of Masteel

There are 150 km factory road in Masteel.The problem of traffic arises along with the rapid development of industry and the vehicle increased year by year,Traffic safety management in factory district are more and more difficult since the road was not standardized,much more curves and forks,also railway crossing with road,and the vehicle overload,overspeed,ultra high.A few thought of traffic safety management in factory districy were discussed in this paper.
