| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是企业生产经营的生命线,而企业思想政治工作主要是由思想政治工作者来开展的。思想政治工作自身的素养,在思想政治工作中起着举足轻重的作用。思想政治工作者只有以独特的人格魅力、高尚的情操、崇高的修养、良好的形象来开展工作,才能使思想政治工作达到预期的目的和效果。本文试就企业思想政治工作者如何提高自身素养做些探索。

| Abstract: | the ideological and political work is the lifeline of enterprise production and management.Moreover,the ideological and political work of enterprises is mainly depended on the ideological and political to carry out.Ideological and political workers＇ own accomplishments play a decisive role in the ideological and political work.Ideological and political workers can only carry out the work with the unique personality charm,noble sentiments,noble culture and a good image to carry out the work effectively and purposely.This essay is going to explore how the enterprise ideological and political workers will improve their quality and accomplishments. |
