遗传算法在板翅式换热器芯体结构优化中的应用

摘    要:基于遗传算法的板翅式换热器优化设计,以换热器重量为目标函数,应用遗传算法优化设计换热器的芯体结构。建立板翅式换热器设计与优化程序系统,并建立翅片数据库,其中包括翅片的几何参数、传热特性和阻力特性,可方便用于计算机程序的处理。与传统设计方法相比较,此优化方法能够快速并准确寻优,得到最轻换热器重量。

Abstract:A method of optimum design for plate - fin based on genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper, where weight of a heat exchanger is taken as an object function and used to optimize core structure. Program system of designing and optimizing for genetic algorithm is plate -fin heat ex- changer has been established and a database of fins which includes the geometric, heat transfer factors and friction factor of fins has also been set up. These parameters can be directly applied to computer programs. Compared with traditional design method, genetic algorithm can quickly and precisely a- chieve the best results of mass minimization of heat exchangers.
