鼓式制动蹄的强度刚度分析

摘    要:根据制动蹄的结构特点,在有限元环境中建立制动蹄的三维实体模型,并运用映射网格的方法给出所需的有限元模型.通过分析计算制动蹄的受力和实际工作情况,对制动蹄销孔及内端面进行适当约束,分别给出在静载荷作用和施加转动位移后的强度结果云图.而后基于子空间迭代法,计算制动蹄的刚度,结果表明制动蹄满足强度刚度的要求.

Abstract:According to the structural features of the brake hoof,a three dimensional solid model was built in the finite element software.The finite element model needed was given based on mapping mesh method.After analyzing the force state of the brake hoof and the constrained conditions of the pinhole of brake hoof,the contour curves of strength were computed under static loads and rotational displacement.Then,the stiffness about brake hoof was provided with subspace iteration method.The results indicate that the brake hoof satisfies demands of strength andstiffness.
