摘    要:北京市新地方排放标准DB 11/890—2012《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》对新(改、扩)建污水处理厂出水提出了更高的要求。沙河再生水厂二期扩建及提标工程为达到新标准中B标准的要求,设计采用以A~2O-MBR-O_3为主的处理工艺。介绍了该工程的工艺流程、主要设计参数、设计特点、经济分析及实际运行情况。运行结果表明,该工程技术选用适宜,出水各项指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:The new standard of DB 11/890—2012 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants has put forward higher quality requirements for the new(modified, expanded) con﹣struction of wastewater treatment plant. The phase Ⅱ upgrading and modification project for Shahe reclaimed water plant was required to meet the demand of B level of the new standard, therefore, A2O-MBR-O3 was adopt﹣ed as the main treatment process. The process flow, the main design parameters, the design characteristics, the e﹣conomic analysis and the actual operation situation of the said project were introduced. The operating results showed that, the said engineering technology was a proper choice, which could make the effluent water quality meet the design requirement.
