摘    要:城市剩余污泥脱水是处理污泥的重要步骤之一。以超声波频率、声能密度、超声时间、pH值等影响因素为考察对象,通过选取的表征污泥脱水性能的参数,分析了超声波处理对城市剩余污泥脱水性能的影响,介绍了超声波与其他方法耦合改善污泥脱水性能的研究现状,着重研究了超声波处理污泥脱水性能的机理,并对今后超声波处理污泥脱水性能的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:Municipal excess sludge dewatering is an important step of sludge treatment, the dewatering performance of the municipal excess sludge was characterized by the selected parameters, the influence of sound wave frequency, sound energy density, ultrasonic pretreatment time, pH value and some other factors on dewatering of municipal excess sludge pretreated by ultrasonic were analyzed, besides, the research status of using coupling process of ultrasonic and some other methods to improve sludge dewatering performance was discussed. The mechanism of sludge dewatering by ultrasonic was emphatically studied, and the prospect of the said process was expected.
